The PETZL Rock and Road trips have always been packed with awesome hard climbing, but this is not only what it is all about. The event is also there to develop climbing and climbers in the region where it is occurring.  This day the top climbers will be using their rest day to help Rhodes University Mountain Club in their Outreach program. Motlatsi Khosi and the other RUML members have been running an outreach program in Nombulelo High school from the Township district Joza, in Grahamstown. Not Much Time Left

E-mail

Not much time is left until the deadline of 30 June for selection to this year's PETZL rock and Road Trip. Below is how 8a stands at the moment. We will be selection an extra climber from the EC and we may look at an extra woman from KZN to cover the strong female climbers in this region. Remember final selection will look at the climbs posted and remove those added more than once and eliminate soft bagging.
